23 and no 'e'

Insanely hard to believe Mattigan is 23 months old today. She is quite her own person with solid opinions and full decision making capabilities. Even if she does change her mind 30 seconds later. Mattigan loves to help. Help with dishes, laundry, painting, sweeping, moving dirt from one plant pot to another.... She can say many words and will repeat almost anything back to you. It's beyond adorable when she says her full name. Mattigan Kensi Barth. Or Matti. With no 'e'. She loves her 'eesi' (ee-see) aka The Khaleesi. The K tolerates her but loves her unerringly 3-5 times a day when Matti eats. Matti really hasn't grown much height or weightwise. But she has all her teeth except her 2 year molars which are working their way in now. She eats really well, unless she doesn't want to, in which case see my first point about having her own very strong opinions. Last night Matti moved out of her crib to her big girl toddler bed. She slept very well in it - mostly because she refused to stay in it to nap and preceeded bedtime with a bath so she was exhausted. She just woke up from a 2 hour nap so we'll see how tonight goes.
